Dr Rochelle Farley: Dr. Farley is the Medical Director
of QuestCare Urgent Care at Snider Plaza. Dr. Farley comes to QuestCare Urgent Care
after sixteen years of solo family practice in the Lake Conroe/Woodlands area of
Southeast Texas. She enjoyed a full-range practice, caring for everyone from newborns
to geriatrics. She served as Chief of Staff for HCA Conroe Regional Medical Center
and held many other key appointments there as well. She completed her undergraduate
studies in Biology and Chemistry at Houston Baptist University, and then attended
University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth for her medical school
studies. Her residency in Family Medicine was at the University of Texas
Health Science Center in Conroe. She is board-certified by the American Board of
Family Medicine.
Dr. Farley and her husband Wayne, an Ob-Gyn hospitalist with Questcare,
have relocated their family to the beautiful University Park area. They have four
children ranging from the sixth grade to a college student.
Dr. Farley believes
that all of her patients should play an active role in their health care and should
expect no less than a caring, compassionate physician to help them in that endeavor.
