QuestCare Urgent Care has entered network contracts with two insurance provider administrators: Three Rivers Provider Network and Independent
Medical Systems. Each of these administrators manages multiple payers through its network. We have attached a list from each of these companies
of the payers it manages.
We continue to negotiate additional insurance contracts. We will post the payers’ names as we finalize contracts.
We will continue to accept your insurance plan’s in-network rates as we progress through these negotiations. As always, you will be responsible
for your deductible and/or co-insurance.
